We are owned by Keiro Northwest, a non-profit organization formed to provide culturally-competent elder care for Seattle’s Japanese population. As we celebrate 50 years, we honor the legacy of care, community, and cultural preservation that began with a vision from Seattle’s Nisei.
We offer customized assisted living, the vibrant Kokoro Kai Day Program, and short-term stays with respite care for up to 50 residents.

Executive Director
With over a decade of extensive experience in the senior care industry, having worked with distinguished organizations like Kin On and Horizon House, Ms. Amy Nguyen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Nikkei Manor.
What makes Ms. Nguyen’s leadership even more special is her personal background as a member of the AAPI community, born in Vietnam. This has instilled in her a passionate commitment to serving elders and recognizing the unique characteristics that define diverse communities. As a graduate of the University of Washington and a long-time Seattle resident, she also brings valuable local knowledge and insight to Nikkei Manor.
As our Executive Director, Ms. Nguyen’s priorities are centered around ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with our staff, the Board, and key community stakeholders. With her leadership, Nikkei Manor remains steadfast in our commitment to providing exceptional, culturally sensitive care and services to our residents.
